kiw69 reserves the right to decline registration or close accounts at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes eligibility criteria are not, or are no longer, satisfied.
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid email address, username, date of birth, and contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kiw69 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such access arose from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify kiw69 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. kiw69 may suspend the account pending investigation while preserving any balance held at the time of the reported breach.
KYC Verification: kiw69 is required to verify the identity of users prior to processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of the payment method used (e.g., a bank statement showing the account holder's name matching the kiw69 account name). Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
5.1 Deposits. kiw69 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian bank transfer services: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kiw69 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank may apply its own interbank transfer charges.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 150,000,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 16:00 WIB on business days will generally be processed the same day. Requests submitted after 16:00 WIB or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. These are target processing times and do not constitute a contractual guarantee; delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, KYC reviews, or fraud screening.
5.3 Withdrawal Verification. First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. kiw69 reserves the right to request KYC documentation for any subsequent withdrawal where circumstances warrant additional verification, including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts, changes in account details, or risk-based screening.
5.4 Matching of Details. The bank account to which a withdrawal is sent must be registered in the same name as the kiw69 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. kiw69 will refuse and return any withdrawal request where the beneficiary name does not match account records.
5.5 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kiw69 does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from international bank accounts are borne exclusively by the user.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. kiw69 will attempt to contact the registered email before applying a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 to dormant account balances. Accounts with zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.
6.1 General. kiw69 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional rewards from time to time. All such promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Where a promotion states "30x bonus," you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus value before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
6.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games (except designated excluded titles) typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Table games contribute 10%. Sports betting contributes 100% on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly identified in promotion terms.
6.4 Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active. While a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is Rp 50,000. Bets exceeding this limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.5 Abuse. kiw69 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of low-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or collusion between users. Any winnings generated through abuse of promotions may be voided.
6.6 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses are limited to one per natural person, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to circumvent this limit constitute a breach of these terms.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on kiw69 operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
7.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and results are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market published on the platform. kiw69 reserves the right to void any bet where: a match is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and a reference number issued.
7.3 Togel Lottery. Togel (Indonesia's numbers lottery) results are sourced from official international lottery draw organizations in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney, among others. kiw69 publishes draw results as provided by these source organizations and accepts no liability for errors in results issued by third-party draw authorities. All togel bets are final once confirmed and no cancellations are permitted after a draw commences.
7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a disconnection occurs during a game round, the system will complete the round according to its pre-set logic. Incomplete rounds due to technical failures will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. kiw69's decision on disputed outcomes shall be final after consultation with the relevant game provider's transaction logs.
7.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system error, kiw69 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings resulting from obvious errors (e.g., system glitches displaying incorrect odds or payouts not reflective of true game parameters) are not payable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, sale, or creation of derivative works based on kiw69 content without express written permission from kiw69.
kiw69 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described therein.

11.1 kiw69 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiw69 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 kiw69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if kiw69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 kiw69's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 kiw69 is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party service outages.
11.5 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits kiw69's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Upon termination for cause, kiw69 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from policy violations. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned following completion of any outstanding KYC verification and fraud review, unless the balance itself is subject to legal hold.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be paid out to your registered bank account following account closure procedures.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kiw69's operating jurisdiction.
